Overview
Internify is an all in one internship management ecosystem designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional employment for diploma students and freshers. The platform streamlines the entire internship lifecycle, from discovering verified opportunities and conducting skill assessments to tracking task progress and issuing digital certifications.
Case Study
Context
Internify addresses the lack of structured career pathways for diploma students and freshers. Existing platforms often provide unverified listings and fragmented workflows, making it difficult for students to find credible, skill-based internships. The project aimed to centralize the internship lifecycle by digitizing assessments, task management, and certification into a single, cohesive ecosystem.
My Role
As a UI UX Design Intern, I contributed to the end to end design lifecycle of the Internify ecosystem. My role involved translating market insights and competitive research into functional user journeys through structured wireframing. I was responsible for evolving these concepts from low fidelity blueprints to high fidelity UI designs, ensuring a seamless and consistent visual experience across both the web portal and mobile application.
Outcome
The project delivered a seamless multi-platform experience that reduced user friction from onboarding to certification. By optimizing visual hierarchy and introducing intuitive progress tracking, I transformed dense data into accessible, "glanceable" interfaces. This dual-platform approach ensures students can efficiently manage their professional growth across desktop and mobile, resulting in a polished and professional end-to-end journey.
